RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Devoid is a brand operated under K Jayeshkumar (HUF), owned by Dharmendra Kishanchandra Navlani, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

General Terms 

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to eligibility and inspection. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is faulty or incorrect. 

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. 

Inspection 

All returned items undergo a quality check. Items found used or damaged will not be accepted. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be processed. 

Refunds 

Refunds, where applicable, are processed in the form of store credit or product exchange, as per this policy.
